Meeting of Two friends after 17 years

Laura and I attended classes in Cleveland State University between Sept 1987 and Dec 1988. Bob also took other classes during the same period and I got to know this lovely couple and her daughter, Emily who was still in school then.
We spent time together for meals either at our place, at restaurants, Easter lunch and another time at the home in Eyria.
In 1989 and again in 1995 they had visited us in Malaysia. Their Australian friends, Keith & Fiona joined them during one of these trips. We also had taken then to visit the estates and stayed a night with Vasu's family in Segamat.
On 17th April 2012, we met at the lobby of Radisson Hotel in Melbourne as we checked-in and continued exchanging notes from 4.00pm to 6.15pm or so! Then we freshened up for dinner, met again at 7.15pm and continued our conversations till past 10.00pm! We were forced to retire as Unni & I had to catch the morning flight back to K.L. and our transport was coming by 6.00am!
It was a surprise for me while waiting at the lobby before 6am the following day, Bob & Laura came down to see us off! It was indeed very sweet of them to get out of bed so early to meet us and wave good-bye as our transport sped off to the airport!
They will be in Sydney from 21st April and will meet up with Geetha & Govin.

My Travels Around The World

I will write my experiences of my holidays and travels since what I remember from my young days.

I remember my first holiday trip to Port Dickson when my father was asked to rest for a week and recuperate after an illness. I was probably about 5 or 6 years old then. It was a memorable impression in my mind, every evening deciding how I would play on the beach!

I first took a holiday overseas was to Singapore when I was schooling.
